By accessing or using Viamax.eu and by clicking to indicate you have read and agreed these terms when ordering, you agree to be legally bound by these terms and conditions as they may be modified and posted on our website from time to time. The Company intends to rely upon these Terms. If you want to change them, please make sure you ask for any changes to be put in writing. This is to avoid any misunderstandings as to what we and you are expected to do. It is important that you read and understand these Terms before ordering from us. If there is any term that you do not understand please notify our Customer Service Department before ordering from us.

Age of Consent

By purchasing products from Viamax.eu you declare that you are 18 years of age or above or have the legal right to possess adult products in your area or community. If it is discovered that you are not of the legal age to purchase from the website, Viamax.eu is not obliged to accept your order.

Contract Formation

Orders made through Viamax.eu are subject to acceptance and availability. Viamax.eu may choose at any time to cancel your order.

No contract will officially exist between yourself and Viamax.eu until your parcel has been dispatched. The details on our website are not offers that you can accept.

Viamax.eu is compliant with the Data Protection Act. Your details will not be passed on to any third party without prior consent.

It is your responsibility to verify that your email address supplied is in proper working order and must assume the risk of all consequences for transmission or operational failures.

Delivery Information

You will need to sign for your parcel so that we know you have received it. Don’t worry if you are not in when the postman or courier calls, they will leave you a ‘while you were out’ calling card. This card will include details of how to collect your parcel or rearrange delivery at a time convenient to you. T

If you would like us to re send your order we will regrettably have to charge you. If you would like to cancel your order we will refund you less the shipping costs. We will try to deliver the goods within 30 days. Usually items will be delivered sooner. If we are not able to do so, then we will inform you and you may, if you wish, cancel the contract and we will fully reimburse you.

We are not liable for missing/lost parcels if an incorrect/incomplete delivery address has been provided.

Payment

Payment can be made by credit card. We will despatch the goods as soon as your payment has been processed.

Returns Policy

The European Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 states that you as a client have the full right to cancel any order without giving a reason within 7 days of purchase. At Viamax.eu, our return policy is much more generous. You may return any item to us for a full refund (or replacement) within 30 days as long as the product is unopened, unworn or unused.

You should inspect the goods immediately upon receipt and you must notify Viamax.eu within 14 days (after delivery date) if the goods are faulty.

With Viamax.eu you can return an order to us within 30 days for a full refund (except postage). If your order has already been sent when we receive your cancellation, we will deduct the cost of shipping from your refund. All returned items must be unopened, unused and in their original packaging.

Unless the returned items are defective, you have to send them back to us at your own expense and you we will only issue a full refund if the items (including packaging and accessories) have not been significantly damaged.

Disclaimer

All products sold through our website are sold as ‘novelty goods.’ The vendor, Refixe, the holding company of Viamax.eu, can not be held responsible for any injury caused by improper use.

Goods, colours or packaging of goods may occasionally differ slightly to those displayed on the website.

Refixe, holding company of Viamax.eu cannot be held responsible for errors or interruption on the website.
