Viamax – Terms and Conditions
Last updated: 26 March 2026
1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions govern the sale of products through Viamax.eu (the “Website”).
Viamax.eu is operated by Refixe. By accessing the Website and/or placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, as amended from time to time.
Please read these Terms carefully before placing any order. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you should not use this Website or place an order.
2. Seller Identification
The seller of the goods offered on this Website is:

Portugal

Telephone: +351 21 926 5924

3. Eligibility to Purchase
By placing an order through Viamax.eu, you confirm that:
- you are at least 18 years old; or
- you otherwise have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws applicable to you.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order where we reasonably believe these conditions are not met.
4. Products and Availability
All orders are subject to product availability and acceptance by Refixe.
The display of products on the Website constitutes an invitation to treat and not a binding offer to sell.
We reserve the right to:
- refuse any order;
- limit quantities purchased;
- discontinue any product at any time; or
- correct any errors or omissions relating to product descriptions, pricing or availability.
5. Contract Formation
After placing an order, you will receive an acknowledgement email confirming receipt of your order. This email does not mean that your order has been accepted.
A binding contract is formed only when the goods are dispatched and you receive confirmation that your order has been shipped.
If we cannot accept your order, we will inform you and, if payment has already been taken, we will refund you without undue delay.
6. Prices and Payment
All prices displayed on the Website are shown in euros (€) and should clearly indicate whether VAT is included, where applicable.
Delivery charges, if any, will be shown separately before you complete your purchase.
Payment may be made using the payment methods displayed at checkout. Orders will only be processed after payment has been successfully authorised.
We reserve the right to cancel an order if payment is refused, reversed, or suspected to be fraudulent.
7. Delivery and Shipping Policy
We deliver exclusively to countries within the European Union.
All orders are shipped exclusively by courier / transport companies. We do not offer delivery by standard postal services.
Estimated delivery times are indicative only and may vary depending on destination, stock availability, customs/security procedures, public holidays, weather conditions, carrier constraints or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. We are not responsible for delays, failed deliveries or additional costs resulting from incomplete or incorrect delivery information supplied by you.
8. Shipment Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, we will provide shipment information, including tracking details where available.
9. Failed Delivery, Non-Collection and Re-shipment
If a delivery attempt fails because:
- you were unavailable,
- you did not collect the parcel within the carrier’s deadline, or
- the address supplied was incorrect or incomplete,
the parcel may be returned to us by the carrier.
If you request re-shipment, we may charge the additional shipping costs actually incurred.
If you cancel the order after return to sender, we may refund the order value in accordance with applicable law, less any non-refundable shipping costs where legally permitted and previously disclosed.
10. Right of Withdrawal (Consumers)
If you are purchasing as a consumer, you have the legal right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party indicated by you other than the carrier, acquire physical possession of the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us by an unequivocal statement sent by email or post before the withdrawal period expires.
If you validly withdraw from the contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs, without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day we are informed of your decision to withdraw. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have supplied evidence of having sent them back, whichever is earlier.
Unless we have agreed otherwise, you must return the goods within 14 days from the date you inform us of your withdrawal.
You bear the direct cost of returning the goods, unless otherwise stated by us or unless we failed to inform you of that obligation before purchase.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
11. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply where legally excluded, including, without limitation, to:
- goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalised;
- food supplements;
- goods liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly;
- sealed goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene, if they become unsealed after delivery; and
- other categories excluded by applicable law.
Where this exception applies, opened/seal-broken items cannot be returned for refund unless they are faulty or non-conforming under applicable consumer law.
12. Faulty, Damaged or Non-Conforming Goods
Your statutory rights relating to faulty, damaged or non-conforming goods are not affected by these Terms.
Under applicable Portuguese consumer law, consumers are entitled to remedies in case of lack of conformity of goods, including repair, replacement, price reduction or termination of the contract, subject to the legal conditions and hierarchy of remedies. In general, the seller is responsible for lack of conformity that becomes apparent within 3 years from delivery of the goods.
If you believe a product is faulty, damaged or not as ordered, please contact us promptly with:
- your order number,
- a description of the issue, and
- where possible, photographs of the product and packaging.
13. Returns Procedure
Any authorised return should be sent in accordance with the instructions provided by our customer service team.
Unless the goods are faulty, damaged, non-conforming, or the return follows a valid withdrawal under applicable law, returned items must:
- be sent back in their original condition;
- include all accessories and original packaging where reasonably possible; and
- be adequately packed to avoid damage in transit.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not comply with these Terms, except where refusal would be unlawful.
14. Product Use and Disclaimer
Products sold on the Website must be used strictly in accordance with their intended purpose and any instructions provided.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Refixe shall not be liable for damage, injury or loss resulting from misuse, improper handling, failure to follow instructions, or use contrary to applicable laws.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation would be unlawful, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or mandatory consumer rights.
15. Website Information and Accuracy
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, images, prices and availability are accurate. However:
- colours, packaging and presentation may vary slightly from those displayed on screen;
- minor errors may occur; and
- we do not guarantee that the Website will always be uninterrupted, secure or error-free.
16. Privacy and Personal Data
Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection law, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable Portuguese law. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store and protect personal data, as well as how data subjects may exercise their rights.
17. Intellectual Property
All content on this Website, including text, images, logos, graphics, layout and software, is owned by or licensed to Refixe and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, republish, transmit, display or exploit any Website content without our prior written consent, except as permitted by law.
18. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Portugal.
If you are a consumer resident in another EU Member State, you also benefit from any mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence that cannot be derogated from by contract.
Any disputes shall be subject to the competent courts under applicable law, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules.
19. Amendments to These Terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. The version published on the Website at the time of your order will apply to that order.
The latest version will always be available on this page, together with its last update date.
